Booking Policy

At Tints & Co, we specialize in residential, commercial, and marine window tinting, as well as surface protection film installations. To secure your appointment and allocate the appropriate time and materials for your project, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit allows us to properly schedule our team, reserve materials, and prepare for your specific service. Our booking policy is non-negotiable, but it helps ensure a smooth, efficient experience and the highest level of service for every client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to deliver consistent, professional results across all of our services.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appointments may need to be rescheduled. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible so we can accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made at any time prior to the scheduled appointment. This policy applies to residential, commercial, and marine window tinting, as well as surface protection film services, due to time, labor, and material preparation already committed to your project.
